Which games, if any, have brought you to tears? Feel free to elaborate (without giving away spoilers!)

I just recently did a video on this, so I have an answer ready-to-go! Telltale's The Walking Dead, Season 1. This is the game that kicked off the fascination with "Telltale-style" adventure/story games, and there's a reason for that. Over the episodes of the season, you become very attached to the characters, and the ending forces you to make some decisions that you'll remember for years to come.

If your viewers had one VR game to try, which one would you recommend them?

I'll answer this in two parts: You should play The Lab first and foremost. It's Valve's free game, and it works on all current PC headsets. It is incredibly cool, and incredibly well done. Then, you should pick up I Expect You To Die (or, if you're on PSVR, you should just start there). IEYTD is probably the most cinematic, well designed experience that's available today. The introduction scene alone is worth the price.

What's your favorite game of all time and why? And which one do you dislike the most, based on your honest, biased opinion?

This is super hard to answer. I probably play CSGO more than any other title, mostly because I have a lot of friends who play, I'm good at it, and it's skill based--so the longer I play, the better I get. It's the game I go back to in between other games, and I've got thousands of hours over the past several years. I think my least favorite game of all time might be Spacebase DF-9. I backed this game on kickstarter, it was released in such poor form, and then abandoned by the developers. In fact, the taste of that experience was so poor that I refuse to support the developer in any way ever again.

How long does it usually take for you to create a YouTube video? What goes into it?

This is varied. We produce one video a week at this point, but we work on a script for sometimes many months. At any time, we'll have 15 scripts being produced. Once a script is finalized, we record audio and then begin editing. The editing usually only takes a few hours, since we are terribly unskilled editors.

If you could create a channel that isn't related to biased gaming, what would it be and why?

I would love to make a high production cooking channel, mostly so I can pay for my expensive tastes.

What is one thing you think makes the difference between a successful and unsuccessful YouTuber in the gaming category?

The willingness to continue to create regardless. I've made very unsuccessful videos. I've continued to produce content regardless. Since I stick to my schedule, a video has to be made regardless of my "motivation," and since I started my schedule I have never missed a day (two years now!)

What is the best decision as a YouTuber that you've ever made and why?

I joined a large community of creators called NewTubers on reddit and discord. This is by far the best decision I've made, as it led to dozens of collaborations and a lot of very good information--plus I've met all my best friends on there.

What's the biggest mistake you made as a YouTuber when you first started your channel?

About a year into creating, I invited several other creators to join the channel and produce content that I would put out on the channel. We would share revenue and co-promote the channel, and allow us to produce daily high-quality content. Unfortunately, some series were much less popular than others and, due to the way the algorithm worked, it stalled the channel's growth entirely for over six months.
