Do you offer phone support? My son broke contact with family. He had set me up a cryto account on Ledger nano s. I have that and pw. No pin or 24 words. I am scared I will erase account if I try recovery myself. I live in NC and I think with a phone coach,I could restore pin. I have emailed Ledger, but no response I would do gladly pay you for help. I hope to hear from you. Thanks. Beverly Ramsey 828 387 7451 ramseyb53@gmail.com
Hi Beverly, unfortunately the Ledger Live software and its password will not do you any good without the ledger device and the pin code. Ledger Live will allow you to view your balance, but you will not be able to withdraw/sell any of the crypto unless you connect the Ledger Nano device and enter the pin code. If you had a copy of the 24 word recovery phrase you could restore the device and create a new pin code, but you said that you don't have that either.
My advice to you would be to re-establish contact with your son. That is the only way you will gain access to the crypto.
I'm sorry that I was unable to help you with this.

Thanks for the help. I have used Coinswitch before with mixed results. For example, I am using BTC to buy BNB and I can never find the right address to send the BTC to Coinswitch. How do I generate/find this address? I pretty much have everything else figured out. I hope I am being clear enough. PS I am glad I found your site on You Tube $5 dollars well spent
When you set up the trade on Coinswitch pro, and then click “exchange” (the blue button), It will take you to the next screen. That’s when it tells you to deposit the amount of bitcoin that you set up and it gives you the address. You can just click on the icon next to the address to copy it into your clipboard. Then go back to your wallet and use that as the sending address for the bitcoin. After the exchange they will send your BNB back to whatever address you provided for them on the first screen.
I have been trying to figure out a way to buy Binance. I live in Texas and the last time I checked even BinanceUS does not service my state and neither does Crypto.com. Does anyone have any suggestions?
You can purchase it on Coinswitch pro
https://coinswitch.co/pro/mobile/exchange
You’ll have to trade for another cryptocurrency. For example if you have bitcoin you can trade it for Bnb. You will have to give them a BNB address. So create an empty BNB wallet in trust wallet first.

LedgerS Monero Wallett? Great video Thank you.... Created new xmr wallett for nano-s. Created and confirmed the optional pass word for that wallet. Yes I still have access to main xmr empty wallett on desktop. After transfer to the nano-s from the xmr wallett the password has been lost. The xmr is on the nano-s in the new xmr wallett, but i have no password for the optional xmr wallett back from the ledger. Hindsight actually I wrote down the wrong password for the new xmr nano-s wallett. Am I Rekt? Will it reside on my nano-s forever??? TY R
You can try just creating a new wallet and choosing the hardware option. Since the old wallet is useless, you can just remove it from the Monero wallet folder (Documents->monero->wallets->"wallet name") You don't have to delete it, just copy it somewhere safe). I'm pretty sure when you create the new hardware based wallet, it should just scan the ledger for any existing Monero wallets and find the one with your balance. I hope this works for you.
I have downloaded the Trust Wallet and want to move my BNB coins from Bianance Exchange to the Trust Wallet. I cannot figure out how to do it. Can you help me please? Thanks, Ann
Sure Ann, Now that you have the Trust Wallet installed and backed up (I’m hoping. Make sure you have that 24 recovery phrase written down somewhere!) All you need to do is add the Binance coin to the wallet . So you’ll notice there’s a plus symbol up in the top left corner. Just tap that. Then you can search for Binance. Make sure you add “Binance” and not “Binance coin”. Binance Coin is the old version, you want the new version. It should start with a “bnb” in the address field. Once do you have the coin added, Just tap on the coin and you’ll see the three buttons: send, receive, and copy. Just tap copy and the address of that BNB coin in your wallet will be copied into your clipboard. You’re going to use that address as you’re withdrawl destination when you withdraw your BNB from Binance cryptocurrency exchange. So I found if I’m using the Binance web based server that I should just paste that address into an email and send it to myself from my phone to my computer. That way I can just cut and paste it into the Binance site in my web browser. Just go to Binance look at your funds note your BNB coins and look to the right and you’ll see deposit, withdrawl, and trade. You’re just going to tap the withdrawl button and tap that destination field and paste in the address of your trust wallet BNB coin. Best of luck to you
How do I move my NANO currency from Binance to Ledger Nano X?
In order to create a nano wallet on the ledger nano X. You’re going to need to use a third-party wallet called NanoVault http://blog.nanovault.io/guides/use-your-ledger-device-with-nanovault/ Unfortunately this wallet is not Bluetooth compatible. So you will need to connect your ledger nano X with a USB cable to the computer. Before getting started you will need to make sure that you have the NANO app installed on your ledger nano X device. You will do this in the ledger manager. You can use the ledger manager in the Ledger Live desktop app if you want to. Just connect the device with a USB cable, go into the manager and install the NANO app. So as I said the NanoVault wallet it is a desktop based wallet, So you will need to install it on your computer and then connect your ledger nano X with the cable in order to interface with the wallet. I hope this helps.
